We had a wonderful time with Cornell College Professor of Kinesiology, Lewis Kanyiba’s class this morning.

They got to go behind the scenes to experience the complete cycle of food here on campus, learn more about the nutritional and ethical principles we abide by, and got to meet some of our special chef’s who work hard every day to create their favorite dishes.
