Kelley's BBQ & Catering Kelley's BBQ has been catering for 18 years. We specialize in Southern style BBQ. Our meats include St.

Louis style ribs, beef brisket, chicken, pulled pork, salmon, pork tenderloin & a variety of other specialty meats. We smoke our meats on 1800lb stainless steel pit that's temperature controlled, then we use cherry wood to give it that perfect smoked flavor. In addition to our meats, we have a selection of side dishes & desserts to help round out your meal. We can customize your menu to fit your budgeting needs for any event. We bring chaffing dishes to set up the buffet line to keep the hot foods hot and the salads sit on a bed of ice. Our professional staff will serve your guests, clean up & dish up any left over’s for you to take home. The goal of Kelley's BBQ is to make sure your catered event runs as smooth as possible with your guests 100% satisfied and full!

Well everyone, it looks like we will be closing Saturdays again for this year and going back to our normal Tuesday - Friday schedule. We gave it a go, but the bridge closure makes it tough for us to stay open. We are all so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

That being said, if you need a special order pickup or if you need catering on Saturdays, we are happy to be there for you! Thank you all for your continued support while the bridge is closed. All of us westside businesses need all the support we can get right now to stay strong the next year or so.

We love doing catering events, and we are so honored to be able to be a part of so many special days and events! What an amazing time catering for 400 people at PWT in Burlington! Family events are some of our favorites. All of the staff and families were absolutely amazing. Our brisket is smoked low and slow for hours until probe tender, between 195-205 internal temperature. We check each individual brisket to make sure it has reached perfection before pulling it. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out! Come on and dine with us and try it for yourself!
