Join us for an transformative Breathwork Workshop on Saturday, May 16, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at re:Living Wellness @ 145 Hummel Rd, Mount Vernon KY. This session, guided by experienced facilitator Benjamin McAnly, will help you explore the power of conscious breathing to enhance well-being, reduce and release stress, and foster inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, this workshop offers valuable techniques to deepen your practice. A suggested donation of $20-40 is appreciated, but we gladly welcome barters, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate. Bring an open mind, a water bottle and a journal, if you chooe, and prepare to embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. We look forward to breathing with you!
