✨ Big News from Penelope’s Coffee Co! ✨

We’re thrilled to announce that Penelope’s Coffee Co is officially going mobile! ☕

Emmalie and I have adventurous hearts, and we’re ready to take our coffee far beyond one location — to festivals, fairs, private events, weddings, and anywhere road takes us. We’ve loved being rooted in one spot, but our hearts (and dreams!) feel bigger than Mount Vernon, TX.

For years, so many of you have asked if we could do pop-ups at your events… and now we CAN! This new chapter brings an incredible level of freedom, opportunity, and excitement, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

✨ For those with upcoming bookings — no worries at all.

We will honor every scheduled event. Beginning January 1, 2026, we’ll officially be stepping into this new adventure. You’ll still see us around, promise! 💜
