It might be wedding season but I’m still doing cakes for every other event too🤪 A couple gravity cakes that were so fun to do! 🍝 The spaghetti and meatball cake was for a baby shower with the theme of “a little meatball is on the way” — how fun! I actually did two of the same cake, one chocolate and one vanilla, I just forgot to take a picture of both of them together lol. And then the Coca Cola cake was for a birthday😊❤️

Hey all! I made a post on my story last week but wanted to make an updated post so everyone knew as well! For those who don’t know, last week I was helping my husband put together our son’s playground set and it fell on me. The full weight of the play-set and the corner of metal post holder, all came down onto my foot. It resulted in 5 stitches and 2 fractured bones in my foot. I am currently non-weight bearing on that foot for at least another week and hopefully can get my stitches out next week as well! I will be in a boot for at least the month of September. With all of that being said, if you have an order on my schedule, PLEASE do not worry (Especially my brides!!) your orders will still be completed as usual! I likely will not be able to accommodate last minute orders but will still have extras most weeks since I’ll still be working as usual. I’m learning how to navigate my way around the bakery in a scooter for the time being — definitely slower but still getting the job done😂Thankful for the help of my family who are now being voluntold to come with me on wedding deliveries to help with my 3-4 tier wedding cakes (and all the others at this point as well😂). Figuring out how to work hasn’t been near the challenge as doing basic day-to-day tasks with my 10 month old and almost 3 year old, but thankful to have amazing family that lives nearby to help with anything I’ve needed since. It will be a challenging month as this is one of the busiest wedding months of the year, so I appreciate any grace and patience you give. I know God will carry me through and do great things that I can’t even imagine yet! Thank you all for all your prayers, I’ve felt them and am so thankful!
