It’s been a busy and exciting summer, and we truly appreciate all of your continued support!

As many of you know, every pizza at 1000° is handmade and made to order. We’ve also been training new team members this summer, and learning to consistently prepare our many different pizzas and variations takes time. While mistakes can occasionally happen, your satisfaction is always our top priority.

If your order ever isn’t exactly what you expected, please let us know. We will make it right.. no questions asked and with a smile. We’re human, and in a busy kitchen, mistakes can happen. What matters to us is having the opportunity to correct them.

SMOKED AND SLOW ROASTED WAGYU, BRISKET WITH FRESH ROSEMARY, GARLIC, MAYO SAUCE, PROVOLONE CHEESE, WOODFIRED, SAUTÉED ONIONS, AND A BRIOCHE BUN ALL FINISHED IN THE WOODFIRED OVEN FOR YOU.
