I can not stress how PERFECT this was. Leftover roast chicken, used the carcass and some freezer scraps to make a stock in my instant pot. Strained it, added 2 full bok choy (8 mins pressure), and then the meat from the chicken, garlic, soy, and sesame (plus some seasoning) and simmer for a bit. I mixed in some cooked bacon too.

This may be my favorite off the cuf, figure out what I have type meal

I can’t be the only one who gets literally nauseated when I see AI food images. There’s just something inherently *wrong* about them. The uncanny valley effect turns my stomach.

AI in general I dislike, but the food especially. It’s just SO off putting. Food is real, tangible, messy. AI food is what robots think food should look and act like. It’s just unsettling.

I cant be the only one who feels this way?

Chicken paprikash soup on this chilly rainy evening. Taking some to a dear friend tomorrow who’s feeling ill ✨

I love this, it’s my own twist on paprikash in soup form that is so so soothing and delicious. When I open my food truck, I will have paprikash at Pay What You Can pricing, because everyone deserves a warm meal.

Today is my twins birthday party!

Tonight I’m feeling something simple easy and comforting, I will have plenty of braised cabbage onion and bacon if anyone would like some!

I’ll probably make some roasted or mashed potatoes to pair with it. Please let me know if you’d like some!
