Well it’s a rainy Tuesday and that means we all want to do as little as possible after work. Let us help with that. Hi everyone! So I write this post with some embarrassment. For the last 4 years, we have been proud of the food photography we use to promote our family business on FB and IG. George has been the one to do this since we opened.

As life has a habit of doing, it tends to pile up from time-to-time.

So for the very first time, George employed the help of a credentialed individual to try to take something off his plate for a while.

Recently, our credentialed individual began sliding the tone of our posts which culminated in AI being used to “fix” our food photography.

This individual will no longer be working with us and I urge anyone considering using a third party who is not emotionally invested in your business to promote your business to please be very careful.

We apologize for the AI slop that was put in front of your eyes and please rest assured, this dark phase of our online marketing efforts is over.

You will NEVER see another AI image of our food. Not only is it not right, we believe this individual’s efforts were a slap in the faces of the people who bust their behinds every day to make our dishes worthy of serving.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and would like to forget this happened.

From this point forward, your eyes will never have to digest an AI-altered representation of our food (might actually delete all those posts to help us forget this ugly time).

Here is an actual photo of a dish we are working to finalize (announcement coming soon), as well as some actual photos of some of our other dishes.

Thank you for understanding and rest easy because our food photography doesn’t need to be altered other than lighting or some other typical photography editing.

The kitchen’s firing on all cylinders, cocktails are flowing, and from 8–11 PM the DJs take over with house and techno that turns dinner into a whole vibe.
