Thank you to all our customers, friends, family & employees for your support. This would not be possible without you.

Everyday in this community feels extremely special but today, the first day of spring, is particularly heartwarming. This business isn’t just a business.. it’s a family.. they are the true meaning of giving back.
🌼
They have done so much for this place we call home and Mercy Foundation North is proud to call them friends and allies in the fight to make our sweet town even better.
🌷
Thank you to the Cool family of the Mt. Shasta and Dunsmuir Supermarket. Your generous support of the Mercy Mt. Shasta Maternal Child Services Department is a testament to what we can achieve when we work together. And we can’t forgot.. Mt. Shasta and Dunsmuir Supermarket is one of our presenting sponsors for Swing into Spring golf tournament. Doesn’t get much better than that!
❤
Eternally grateful doesn't begin to describe it, but it's a start.

Hello everyone. I'm sure most people on here have already heard that we found a card skimmer at the Dunsmuir Supermarket and Mt. Shasta Supermarket. For those that don't know what that is. It's a device that looks exactly like our credit card terminal. People place them over the top of the existing terminal in an attempt to steal people's credit/debit/ebt information.

With help from local pd and our tech support company. We've since learned that the specific type we had can only read cards that were swiped. Chips/tap and mobile pay are safe as far as we know. (Thankfully swipe is the least common of the 4 now days) We're also pretty confident that this type of skimmer needs to be recovered by the person who put it there in order for them to access any of the information.

However, there is no way to know for sure. So anyone who has shopped with us recently we encourage you to double check your card statements.

Additionally we talked with our tech support company about counter measure we can put in place to prevent this from ever happening again. Which we will implement immediately.

We apologize for any problems/stress this may have caused anyone and will update you if we find out anything else.

Thank you.

Clay/Keith & Team Super.
