Local chef, Chaz Rollins has over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry and is ready to offer you and your guests fantastic food in any venue and for any occasion. A native of West Baltimore, he combines talent and passion with incredible technique to create exquisite dishes full of bold flavors. With a style and repertoire encompassing everything from French cuisine to new, American rustic -and every stop in between- chef Chaz can do anything. From a multi-course, fully plated dinner party, to a traditional cookout complete with fish fry, we offer a variety of menus and price points to help you take private dining to a whole new level.

It's that time of year and Chef Chaz Rollins' Thanksgiving menu is ready for holiday orders. Let Chef Chaz make it easier with dishes and platters from his classic take on a traditional, Black American Thanksgiving meal.

Cajun deep-fried turkey, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, cornbread dressing, and sweet potato pie - Chef Chaz has all of the holiday favorites.

Prepared in his own completely scratch kitchen, cooked fresh and ready for pick-up or delivery on Wednesday, November 23rd.

Greetings,

It’s summer and that means fried fish. This Sunday, (8/7/22) from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Chef Chaz will be frying fish fresh. The menu includes sandwiches and platters of fried whiting and flounder and a new fried salmon platter with remoulade.

There are plenty of sides and sauces; every bit of it chef-made.

To pre-order, please contact us [email protected] by 10:00 am on Saturday, (8/6/22) morning. Some orders can be taken during the sale but once the fish is gone, it's gone!
