Good Morning and Happy Tuesday! We had a glorious Sunday/Monday and are looking forward to opening our doors today from 2:00-8:00 to serve you delicious Hershey's Ice Cream. We greatly appreciate all of you and want you to know how much your support means to our small business. Pa and I love seeing you, visiting with you and welcoming you into By The Scoop Ice Cream. We are blessed to have some incredible employees and appreciate their help and support. We all work very hard to keep everything moving in a positive direction and none of it is possible without YOU.

We had one change in the case with Blueberry Cheesecake being replaced with Caramel Cheesecake Cookie Monster. We have several tubs in the case that are getting very low and will change once we sell them out. If you have a favorite in the case right now, we encourage you to stop by and get a scoop before it takes a hiatus.

We are enjoying the sunshine and hope that you all are feeling uplifted by the cooler temperatures. Let's make today a great one! ❤️

Good Morning and Happy Saturday! Our week is nearly at an end and we just want to take a moment to thank everyone who has stopped by By The Scoop Ice Cream this week. It is wonderful to see you and serve you the most delicious Hershey's Ice Cream you are ever going to taste. We have had fun conversations, witnesses feats of strength and enjoyed having children enjoy our size appropriate seating. All in all, we love what we do and we love it when you stop by and enjoy it with us.

We have had a few changes in the case so I have updated the menu and am leaving it below. More changes are on the way so if you see your favorite, stop in before it is gone.

Make today meaningful! ❤️

Good Morning and Happy Friday! We made it through another week and are looking forward to the weekend. As I was out walking in the sprinkling rain this morning I was overwhelmed with gratitude and joy. Every morning we wake up and we have a choice to make...is it going to be a good day or is it going to be a bad day? We decide every day in every moment how we are going to respond to the things that are happening around us. Nobody gets to decide what that response is going to be but YOU. Let's choose joy, kindness, compassion, empathy, grace and always try to do our best.

We are open 2:00-8:00 today and we hope to see you for a delicious scoop of real Hershey's Ice Cream!

Take time to jump in a few puddles. ❤️

Good Morning and Happy Thursday! We hope you are all doing well and enjoying the cooler temperatures. We know that our freezers and cabinets are very happy to not have to work so hard battling the heat outside. :)

We had one change in the cabinet yesterday...Minty Mint has been replaced with Mint Moose Tracks. If you love mint, we encourage you to come in and get a sample and a scoop of this delicious flavor soon. I have updated our Google menu, but will not post a new menu here until we have a few more changes which could be happening in the next day or two.

We are open 2:00-8:00 today and hope to see you for a scoop of your favorite flavor of delicious Hershey's Ice Cream.

Make today amazing! ❤️

Good Morning and Happy Wednesday! The weather is cooler and we are enjoying a morning with the windows thrown open and fresh air renewing our home. We hope that you are all enjoying this change in temperature and are finding ways to enjoy it.

We have a brand-new ice cream flavor in our case that we put on our menu but haven't taken the time to acquaint you with: Chocolate Moose Tracks! This delicious flavor features Famous Moose Tracks fudge and peanut butter cups swirled through chocolate ice cream and it is gluten free. We will be rotating this with our regular Moose Tracks for the next month to see how you like it before deciding if we want to add it to our line up on a permanent basis.

Some of you have been asking about our fall/winter flavors and the answer is an enthusiastic, "YES!" We will be enjoying the flavors of Pumpkin, Peppermint Stick and Egg Nog very soon. We will include these flavors on our October order and you can expect to start seeing them around the end of October. If you tasted any of these flavors last year, you know that we should all be getting very excited for their return.

We have started brewing coffee again in our vintage percolators so plan to sit down and enjoy a cup the next time you stop by for a scoop. We suggest a $.25 donation to enjoy our coffee and the Folgers can is sitting next to the cups. We simply use these donations to purchase more coffee, sugar and creamer.

Make today fantastic! ❤️

Good morning and Happy Tuesday! We apparently had a burst water main somewhere in our area yesterday and did not have water. Jeff is headed in to assess the situation and make sure we have water and then we will figure out how to deal with the boil order that we were informed would be in effect. We may utilize our coffee percolators to heat and keep clean water to service our scoops, but we will keep you posted. Our original intent was to bring back coffee today at By The Scoop and we may still do that but only offer one percolator.

We had a bunch of flavor changes on Saturday. Below is our current menu and we advise that there will be additional changes to the case as current tubs sell out. I am in the process of updating the menu on Google as well, but it can sometimes take a little time to actually show updates.

Reminder: Our Hours are now 2:00-8:00 Tuesday-Saturday.

Have a wonderful day! ❤️

Good morning and Happy Saturday! As we prepare to close out this week, our hearts are full of joy and gratitude. Joy for all that life has allowed us to do and gratitude for you, the people who help to make it all possible day after day. We recently returned from a little vacation and as we reflect back on all of the cherished memories, we can't help but feel immense gratitude for the moments we get to experience on a daily basis. Waking up early every day, making the best choices we can, working very hard, finding ways to give back and choosing to see the good in all of it has helped us to be who we are and we are overjoyed to share it with all of you. A small business isn't often easy, but it is so worth it when you walk in our doors and we see you smile as you prepare to enjoy the delicious ice cream and the warm, vintage environment we have created. We are open 2:00-8:00 today and we invite you to stop by for a delicious scoop of real, creamy Hershey's Ice Cream.

We have had many inquiries about flavors so I am posting our menu below. You can always find our menu here in our Highlights or on Google. Our menu hasn't change since before Old Threshers which means that as these tubs/flavors sell out we will be rotating flavors.

Have an incredible day and a glorious weekend! ❤️
