• Counter ordering allows us to manage staffing responsibly while keeping our attention on cooking each order fresh.

• Tipping is always optional, so guests can enjoy their meal comfortably, without pressure.

• Using paper plates helps keep our operations simple and efficient, allowing our small team to focus on food quality and consistency.
