Chef Brandon has two new specials coming out of the Rancho kitchen this weekend. 🧡

Apple Chipotle Seared Salmon — seared Atlantic salmon with sage brown butter, roasted butternut squash vegetable medley and apple-chipotle vinaigrette.

Guajillo Mac & Cheese — cavatappi pasta in a creamy guajillo chile sauce with asadero, Oaxaca and Menonita cheeses, topped with tequila-lime grilled shrimp.

A little smoke, a little heat and a whole lot of the flavors that have become part of Rancho.

Available after 5pm this weekend while supplies last.

Every steak starts with Thomas, who cuts each one in-house with the same care we’ve always believed good food deserves. From there, our team prepares it the way you like it over the oak-fired grill.

Nothing complicated. Just a good cut of beef, real oak fire, and a little tradition behind what we do.

Our Rancho Stack brings together corn tortillas, refried beans, picadillo, top sirloin, Mexican cheese, lettuce, tomato, crema and avocado verde — layers of familiar flavor made fresh in our kitchen.
