Good Morning Everyone!

We are pleased to be bringing back a select few of our Sunday Brunch items! We will be offering our breakfast burritos, which have fresh roasted and seasoned potatoes, eggs, choice of meat, cheese, and pico de gallo. Our Huevos rancheros get 2 corn tortillas layered with ham, eggs, salsa ranchera, queso fresco, and is served with rice and beans or potatoes. We will also be offering chorizo and eggs as one of our platters. This will be available all day today, so stop on in if you're looking for something a little different for a late breakfast!

We also have a fresh batch of Menudo done for those of you that love our Menudo!

Happy Mothers Day to all the wonderful Moms out there!

We are open today from 11-7, so if Mom is craving some tacos, she deserves what she wants today! (In my case, my mom deserves what she wants from me any day after putting up with my shenanigans during my childhood!)

Congratulations to all the CMU graduates attending commencement today and those that attended yesterday.

We have been so fortunate to develop bonds with so many CMU students over the years. Thank you to those who have stopped in to have a farewell Taco Boy meal with your friends and family.

We will be sending off a part of our Taco Boy family today as well.

Victor has been a part of the team for quite some time now. He was originally here during the acquisition from Taco Bob, and stepped away for a short time to commit to his studies.

He returned a short time ago, and has been helpful and professional in every area of the restaurant. He formed great working relationships with the entire team and guests alike.

We wish Victor the best in his future endeavors and his presence with the team will be missed!

Our Sunday reminder that we are open from 11-7 today. Menudo is available all day, and we will be bringing back horchata this afternoon for the warmer months ahead.

We are working on some recipes for some aqua Fresca to add to our summer drink lineup so stay tuned!
