Unfortunately we had an extremely bad day today. Our staff didn’t have the proper tools to perform there duties today and I’ve never seen more dissatisfaction than I did today. Our internet went out and our point of sale service couldn’t communicate to the kitchen. Servers were putting in orders which were never received to the kitchen. I’m not making excuses just letting our patrons know it wasn’t the servers but the operating service they were using. We will be better and have a better plan in case this were to happen again. These aren’t excuses.. just letting you know it’s my fault not the employees
