NATURAL DUTCH POTATO SALAD MIX

Looking for that homemade flavor with a simple recipe. Add this mix to your list to help you master that old-fashioned potato salad. A great mix to make the perfect side dish for all your gatherings.

Natural Dutch Potato Salad Mix
8 cups cooked potatoes – diced (Russet potatoes, boiled in the skin, cooled then peeled and diced are preferred)
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup water
1 cup Natural Dutch Potato Salad mix
3-6 hard-boiled eggs – peeled and diced (optional)

Directions:
Cook, cool then peel and dice potatoes. Combine the mayonnaise, water and Natural Dutch Potato Salad Mix and mix thoroughly. Fold the eggs and potatoes into the dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
