For more than 20 years, Sunrise Bistro has had the privilege of serving our neighbors as a family-owned and operated restaurant. We have built our reputation on hard work, hospitality, and treating both our guests and our team like family.
Recently, statements have been shared publicly regarding our business. While we respect that former employees are entitled to their opinions, many of the claims being circulated do not reflect who we are or how we operate.
Sunrise Bistro is committed to complying with all applicable labor laws and maintaining fair compensation practices. Our compensation structure, including our tip-out system, is designed to ensure our hosts and bussers earn significantly higher hourly wages than is typical in our industry while supporting a team-oriented environment. We take these responsibilities seriously and operate with transparency and integrity.
We are also deeply saddened by accusations that suggest our restaurant is anything other than a welcoming place for everyone. Sunrise Bistro has always been committed to creating an environment where employees and guests of every race, background, and walk of life are treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. That commitment has never wavered.
Our focus has always been—and will continue to be—providing exceptional food, outstanding service, and a workplace built on mutual respect. We are incredibly proud of the dedicated team members who choose to be part of our family every day and grateful for the trust and support our community has shown us over the past two decades.
