Last on the lineup for this weekends test flatbreads

Elote flatbread (Mexican Street Corn): Chipotle Mayo, buttery corn, bacon, Monterrey jack, cotija, cilantro, and make it spicy with jalapeños and cayenne upon request.

Again we are testing these out as a possible offering for a Late Night Menu option on the food truck. Feedback is welcomed.

This weekend we are testing out some things for our possible “Late Night” adventures.

BBQ Chicken Flatbread: Our homemade BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, Monterrey Jack, and Pico.

Fancy Schmancy Skirt Steak Flatbread (name still in development) 😂: Chipotle Mayo, fontina and Monterrey jack cheese, caramelized onions, smoked skirt steak, sun dried tomatoes, chimichurri, and topped with arugula.

The flatbreads are 12” and quite filling. We will have a limited amount and expect your feedback. This begins tomorrow.

It’s a beautiful day to come grab something to eat. Rumor has it I got drafted by an NFL team but I won’t say which team yet. I’m about to get in my lambo and leave my $20M mansion. Heck, you may see me behind the grill with my helmet on.
