Year 1, wrapped in love. 🧡

These wishes came from people who made our first year what it was: our guests, friends, family and community. Every message, every smile, every “Happy Birthday GIF!” reminded us why we do this. 🙏

Thank you for your generous love, your constant support, and for filling our tables (and our hearts) all year long. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Here’s to many more years of great food and great company. 🥂🍛

With gratitude,

🎉 One year of GIF is almost here, and we’re celebrating with the two dishes you kept asking for! 🎉

✨ Mandi Biryani is BACK – fragrant, slow-cooked, and served the way you remember. Available every weekend.
✨ Haleem is BACK – rich, hearty, and made the slow way. Available every day through the end of October.

Thank you, Nashville, for a year full of love, full tables, and endless “when is Mandi coming back?” messages. This one’s for you. 💛

Straight from the Godavari delta to Mt. Juliet 🦀🔥
Bhimavaram Pethala Kura — whole crabs slow-cooked in a fiery masala of freshly ground spices, onion, and tamarind. Made from scratch in our kitchen, no shortcuts.
Grab it with hot rice and dig in with your hands. That’s the only way. 🙌
