Ever noticed the aromatic flavor hiding inside Pad Kee Maow? One of the ingredients is fingerroot. 🌿

Smiley’s Pad Kee Maow combines jumbo rice noodles with bell pepper, onion, young pepper, fingerroot, basil, tomato and baby corn.

Fingerroot is an aromatic root used in Southeast Asian cooking. In this dish, it adds another layer of herbal fragrance alongside basil and chili.

New to Thai noodles? Pad Kee Maow is a great choice when you want something savory, aromatic and customizable with your preferred protein and spice level.
