As we head into the holiday season and the colder months, we know how quickly expenses can add up for families. We wanted to do something small to give back to the community that has supported our family and El Diamante throughout the years. ❤️

We’ve worked hard to keep our winter specials affordable while still giving you the delicious, filling meals you know and love. We truly hope these specials make it a little easier for our local families to enjoy a meal out together without breaking the bank.

✨ MONDAY | 10:30 AM–3:00 PM
Quesadilla Sofia – $8.99
An extra-large quesadilla filled with melted white Monterey cheese and your choice of grilled chicken or steak. Served with sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, and pickled jalapeños.

🌮 TACO TUESDAY | 10:30 AM–9:00 PM
Crispy Tacos – $1.25 EACH
Choose shredded chicken or ground beef, topped with lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese. Order one, order five, or feed the whole family! 😋

🔥 WEDNESDAY | 10:30 AM–3:00 PM
Chicken or Beef Fajitas – $8.99
Choose grilled chicken or beef—or make it a mix for an additional $2.00! Your choice of protein is grilled with bell peppers and onions and served with rice, your choice of refried or charro beans, shredded cheese, and two flour tortillas.

🌯 THURSDAY | 10:30 AM–3:00 PM
Chimichanga Special – $6.99
A medium chimichanga filled with your choice of shredded chicken or ground beef, refried beans, and shredded cheese, fried until perfectly crispy and topped with your choice of queso, chile con carne, salsa verde, or red sauce. Served with rice and beans.

⭐ CUSTOMER FAVORITE: Catrin Fajitas – $8.99 ⭐
Chicken and shrimp grilled with mushrooms and onions, then topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese. Served with rice, beans, and flour tortillas.

The wait is finally over — $1.25 CRISPY TACOS are BACK for the third week! 🎉

🌮 Crispy tacos — only!

Choose shredded chicken or ground beef, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

⚠️ Available while supplies last! If we run out of taco shells before 9 PM, the special will end early.
