Chef Gianni spent the morning at a museum and somehow ended up mentally recruited into Ancient Rome.

One minute it’s history on display, the next minute he’s picturing gladiators, strategy, and kitchen service like it’s its own kind of arena.

By the time he got back to Cafe Gianni, everything felt a little more epic than usual.

Yesterday, got to see our daughter where she served as the assistant stage manager for a Mary Poppins production. Watching her be part of something creative, collaborative, and bigger than herself was everything.

When you support small family businesses like Cafe Gianni, you’re not just supporting a restaurant. You’re supporting families, dreams, and opportunities for kids to be involved in things like theater, the arts, and experiences that shape who they become.

And in true fashion… here’s Gianni taking it home with “A Spoonful of Sugar” in Italian 🇮🇹🎶 We are truly glad he took up the art of cooking and not singing. 😄 🙉
