Butter Brick Bakery & Coffeehouse is hiring.

As I get closer to opening over the coming weeks, I’m looking for a few dependable people to join the team — early morning barista/front counter positions, with some baking and prep mixed in.

This will be a good fit for someone who:
• enjoys staying busy
• can work quickly and independently
• is willing to learn multiple positions
• doesn’t mind cleaning and repetitive tasks
• can consistently show up on time
• enjoys talking with people

The schedule will primarily be weekday and Saturday mornings, roughly 6:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., so this position is best suited for someone with consistent daytime availability. I’m also especially interested in finding someone available for early morning baking shifts beginning around 4:30–5:00 a.m a couple times a week.

I’m open to both adults and motivated students with strong availability.
