Today marks our 3 month anniversary. I had no idea what The Updraft Kitchen would be when I signed the lease. I can say without a doubt this was far more than I ever expected. To say ya’ll have turned out is an understatement. I can’t express how much it means.

We got our first delivery for food March 4th, our soft opening was March 7th and opening day was March 11. Talk about trial by fire. I really put my staff through it. They answered every challenge and rose to the occasion. I am grateful for all that they have done!

To say we’ve been perfect would be a lie, and to those who we weren’t perfect for my sincere apologies, it definitely wasn’t for a lack of effort. Everyday we work to be better.

🎉 GRAND OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT! 🎉

Holly Springs, we are excited to share that we have officially passed all inspections and are ready to open our doors on Monday, June 8th!

We will be serving breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and we’ll be open until 10:00 PM each day.

We want to thank everyone for your support, encouragement, and patience throughout this process. We can’t wait to welcome you in and serve our community with great food and friendly service.

Come join us on opening day, bring your family and friends, and help us celebrate this exciting milestone!

We sincerely apologize to those we were unable to serve today. Due to an unexpected issue with our walk-in refrigerator, I made the difficult decision to close early to ensure we could maintain the food quality and safety standards that our guests deserve.
