Barney's Cafe was established April 19, 2004 and has served customers, including celebrities, from all over the world since opening it's doors. Airy, NC, otherwise known as Mayberry! We have a dedicated staff that makes delicious made-from-scratch meals and desserts daily and that provide friendly down-home service to those enjoying them. We are also the "Home of the Barney Burger," our signature 1/3 lb burger topped with bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and grilled onions. It's served on a toasted sesame seed bun and has been a crowd favorite since it's creation. We have strong local support, excellent reviews, and an eagerness to please. We are honored to be a part of Mayberry and all that it represents to those who live here and those who want to step back in time and revel in the good old days!

Mayberry Days is here and gone. It was an amazing week! We met new people and reconnected with others we haven't seen since last Mayberry Days.

We are very thankful and appreciate all of you and all of our staff who worked extremely hard so everyone could have an amazing experience!
