Hey yall happy Sunday!
I know i have not been on posting much content but stick with us and wish me luck this week!!
We are planning to be at the farmers market in Minneapolis starting in May with brisket, Pulled pork chicken ribs and possibly those good old turkey legs weekly!!

Happy Saturday folks!

Yall be careful out here in this snow!! Big g cannot wait to see everyone as soon as I'm cleared by the Doctor!! I think the first thing I'm cooking is Brisket, maybe some rib tips and oxtails!!! What yall think???

Hey Everyone! Lil G here letting y'all know we will be doing a pop-up at The Black Market Events Saturday, December 13th.

Location: 767 N Eustis St, 55114, St Paul MN

Time: 2PM - 6PM

Our menu will consist of Smoked wings and Beef Back ribs "by-the-bone" as the primary proteins. With your choice of either Smoked Mac & Cheese or "Crack" Baked Beans.

Menu is subject to change if anyone want to see Pork Ribs on the menu!
