We're serving up Southwestern fare including green chile cheeseburgers, brisket sandwiches, fresh fried pies, and homemade cinnamon rolls. Headquarters has a daily special and is locally owned and operated by area ranchers Jack and Jill Chatfield. HQ is managed by Kendra Price and her family, lifelong New Mexicans with an excellent background in cooking cowboy fare. This restaurant is a welcome respite for travelers who pass through the El Llano Estacado scenic by-way on their way to the Rocky Mountains. If you are passing through Mosquero, please stop by for a treat of local history and some great home cooking.
