🎓✨ Graduation Cake ✨🎓

This cake definitely challenged me, but I’m so happy with how it turned out!

There were a few hurdles along the way—getting the color just right, hand-painting the gold drip, and dealing with a cake that wanted to sweat at every opportunity. But that’s part of the process, and every project teaches me something new.

As a self-taught baker, I love opportunities like this that push me to learn new techniques and improve my skills. In the end, all the extra effort was worth it because I absolutely love how this cake came together.

This three-tier beauty was created with a classic palette of ivory, navy, and gold, accented with delicate florals and a custom monogram for a truly personal touch. Every detail, from the textured buttercream to the gold pearl borders, came together to create a cake that felt both sophisticated and romantic.

This is my sons cake. His request was for a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. So he let mom practice her piping. Still prefer working with fondant lol but slowly working on perfecting my piping skills. He loved it 💕 all that matters to me 😁
