Tucked right next to the Silver Dollar Bar in White Bird is this great little food truck name Smartie's that has only been open for 5 weeks! And let me tell you, their catfish is Devine! Fried or grilled, hands down the best I've had in a long time! Come check them out down in White Bird ID on your way to the rivers or dunes!

We got a lot going on for the next two weeks!
Today we will be in Pullman at the Starlight Night Market from 6pm to 10pm.

Then tomorrow morning we are back at the Moscow farmers market with our signature breakfast menu from 2023.

Then the Giovanni's crew is packing up and moving out to Payette For the Apple Blossum Festival from May 13th to May 17th!
