Ok, its been a while. Cancer is a bitch, divorce is a bitch, having to sell everything and move 1000 miles away is a bitch, but neccessary.

So I was thinking of doing one last pizza run before I go, if there is any interest.

So let me know if you would be interested in one more taste of the best pizza on earth. If there is enough interest I will accomodate wveryone. If you want a particular pie please include that info

Did you know you can get a Frozen Regina Pie. These are fully cooked pies that are allowed to "set up" and then are cut and frozen. The pie is shrink wrapped, boxed and ready for storage.

As the pizza is already cooked, it affords you a couple of warming options.

1. If you want to cook the whole pizza, place it in the fridge overnight. Put pizza peices in a 9 inch cake pan, or spread them apart on a cookie sheet, (there is a noticable difference in output), and bake at 350 until it is hot enough for you.

2. If you just feel like a couple of peices, put them in the air fryer and set to warm, and finish at a high bake. This results in a crisper Crust, and a better melt on the cheese.

When you put it in the cake pan, it comes out with the cheese all melted together in a protective layer locking in heat, and regaining the stringiness of a fresh pie.

A couple of things to keep in mind.
Frozen pizza will last a month without too much loss of quality, if you only eat it one peice at a time. But really, once you open the bag, you should eat the pie in few days.

Also a fully cooked rhawed pie can stay in the fridge for 3 days.

The signs of a great pizza:
Can you eat it cold right out of the fridge?
Can you let it age, and does it get better?

I love the all Dressed. I inhale half of it when it is hot, and then I let mine cool to room temperature, and finish it off before bed. I tell you, that pizza sitting in the box on the counter all evening is doing something magical.

Anyway. For the next event we were thinking of selling a double combo,
One fresh and one Frozen
Or both fresh
Or both Frozen for 50.00, and we will throw in a free salad or a free kids pizza. So you save 10.00 by buying two.

Oh yeah, I should mention that we introducing addon kids pizzas. Cheese pizza or cheese and pepperoni for the little kids at $10.00.

Crust, sauce, mushroom, 4 layers of meat: pepperoni, honey ham, hard salami, black forest ham, which are then topped with thinly sliced onion, green pepper and a sprinkle of pineapple, all covered in our propriatary cheese blend.

Well it appears that it is time for a Giant PIZZA EVENT.

Yes you read correctly, we are doing a Friday and Saturday double header just in time for Friday night lights and College football festivities.

This is a deluxe ham and pineapple featuring 3 different hams, a spicy terriaki sauce and caramelized pineapple. $25.00
