Closing at 7pm Saturday to celebrate Rinn turning 21! 🤯 She was 10 years old when we started this business out of a used food truck that needed a lot of TLC. Starting her career at 10 years old was tough, but she did GREAT! She’s always been a hard worker and takes her job very seriously, most of the time 🤣🤣 I’m so proud of the amazing woman she has become. She learned how to work on cars from her late grandpa and her love of animals from my mom and I. She’s self sufficient, self taught and not afraid to dive in and get the job done. She graduated high school 2 years early so she could be of more help at the restaurant, now she runs the grill more than I do! She’s also married to Rylie now who is part of the Burgitto Bistro team and she became an aunt a few years ago. We’ve celebrated many birthdays here at the Bistro and being family ran and operated we simply can’t afford to be closed on her birthday. This one is especially hard for her because we lost her dad when she was just 9 months old and she really just wants to have a beer with her dad on her 21st birthday 😩Closing at 7pm will allow us a few hours of daylight so we can go home and celebrate. And so I can get over the taste of beer since I’m going to have to step in for her dad and take one for the team. 🤮🤣I hope you enjoy the pics she is sure to murder me for if she sees this post 🤣🤣 Be sure to stop in and shout Happy Birthday Rinn when you come in Saturday! 🥳🥳🥳
