No Bake Turtle Mini Cheesecakes
Decadent No Bake Turtle Mini Cheesecakes
Ingredients:

1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:

In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake molds or a muffin tin to form the crust.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crusts and smooth the tops.
Drizzle caramel sauce and melted chocolate over each mini cheesecake.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
Refrigerate the cheesecakes for at least 2 hours or until set.
