After 10 wonderful years, the time has come for us to close this chapter of the Minuteman BBQ restaurant. We will continue our award-winning BBQ as a catering operation.
To our customers—you have been our community, friends, family, and inspiration. The love and support you’ve shown means everything to us. Every shared meal, laugh, and memory made within these walls has meant the world.
To our staff past and present - you have played an integral part in our success. Your hard work, energy and commitment truly has made this a “Cheers” like experience. We will be forever grateful to you.

This may be the end of an era for the Minuteman BBQ (brick and mortar version), but the memories and connections we’ve made will last a lifetime.
We expect to stay open till the first week of April & and we welcome you to join us to say goodbye to the Minuteman.
