I just want to say thank you.
Back in 2015, when we first started operating our food truck in Morristown, it was the local families, friends, and community that kept this business alive.
Many of you might also remember us from the concession stands at Streeter Pool, Burnham Park Pool, and most notably, Ginty Pool, where we spent five or six summers. Those summers gave us the chance to meet so many local families firsthand, many of whom became regular customers and a big part of our journey.
To this day, I still see kids I remember from those days at the concession stands, who were around 8 or 9 years old back then and are now in high school or heading off to college. It’s crazy how fast time flies, and it’s a blessing to have been part of this community long enough to see those kids grow up.
To everyone who has supported us over the years, thank you. And to the local families and friends who stood by us in those early days, we owe you a special thank you. Without you, Colonial Grill wouldn’t be where it is today. We are truly grateful and blessed.
