First and foremost… WE ARE OKAY
A huge thank you to the Wharton Fire department and all of the surrounding fire departments that responded this morning. We truly can’t thank you enough.
Most importantly, thank God no one was hurt. Everyone involved with this building is safe, and that’s all that matters.
Early this morning around 3:30 AM, the building where we rent our commercial kitchen caught on fire. The investigation is still ongoing, but it appears the fire started outside before making its way into the building.
This is where we’ve kept everything that keeps our business running. Our equipment, our ingredients, our steak, our supplies. Everything except our trucks.
Right now we’re asking for one thing. If anyone has access to a commercial kitchen in or around Wharton, NJ and is willing to rent us some space, please reach out. We’re doing everything we can to get back up and running as soon as possible.
We also want to say this now. We are NOT starting a GoFundMe. If you’d like to support us, the best thing you can do is come eat with us once we’re back on our feet. That’s more than enough, and it’s always been the reason we’ve been able to keep going.
Thank you to everyone who’s reached out, checked in on us, and kept us in your prayers. We appreciate every single one of you more than you know.
