So much appreciation to Jessiah Bytheway and Ben Bytheway for having Mack’s Meats cater their daughter’s special day! Those pork butts couldn’t have turned out better — we heard compliments all afternoon, including ‘hands down some of the best pulled pork sandwiches.’ And to top it off, we cold‑smoked some cheese to kick that mac and cheese up a notch.
