Bethlehem, thank you for an extraordinary weekend. 🤍☕🍄
The Bethlehem Fair became a meaningful milestone for JH Mushroom Coffee — not simply because of the number of people we met, but because of the extraordinary response to what we have been building in Morris, Connecticut.
Over the course of the fair, we personally prepared and shared more than 1,200 complimentary cups of JH Mushroom Coffee. Approximately 98% of the feedback we received was positive, and among guests who stopped to genuinely explore JH beyond their first taste, nearly 90% chose to purchase and take JH home with them.
Those numbers are exciting, but the conversations meant even more. We met people searching for a lower-caffeine coffee option, wellness-minded customers looking for a more intentional daily ritual, longtime coffee drinkers surprised by how smooth mushroom coffee could taste, and people trying mushroom coffee for the very first time.
Watching someone take their first sip, smile, ask questions, and then decide to begin their own journey with JH was one of the most rewarding parts of the entire weekend.
To every person who sampled a cup, purchased JH, returned with a friend, shared thoughtful feedback, asked about our ingredients, or simply stopped by to meet us — thank you. Your trust is something we value deeply.
We are equally grateful to the Bethlehem Fair Society and to Eileen Leclere, Mike Salese, Katie Leclere, and Tim Tagan, together with the organizers, volunteers, staff, and everyone working behind the scenes. Creating an event of this scale requires tremendous dedication, and it was an honor for JH to be part of such a special Connecticut tradition.
And to our fellow vendors — thank you for the conversations, encouragement, camaraderie, and for making the weekend so enjoyable.
We arrived at Bethlehem hoping to introduce more people to a different coffee experience. We left with new customers, new relationships, unforgettable feedback, and an even stronger belief in the future of JH.
From our home in Morris, Connecticut, we are building JH around something simple: exceptional taste, lower caffeine, clear product facts, and a more intentional daily ritual.
