1) We only use fresh white meat chicken for our kebabs & shawerma.

2) Our Lamb, Veal and Beef are purchased fresh daily and cooked over charcoals.

3) Our falafel and falafel Haifa (which includes cauliflower &eggplant) is considered the best falafel anywhere in the world by our customers.

4) Our Hummus (chickpeas) and our Baba Ghanouj (eggplant) is always homemade and fresh using the finest ingredients.

5) Our pickles are imported to be mild enough to be an addition to our sandwiches and salad.

6) Our hot sauce is our special recipe giving it a real flavor

7) Our homemade Baklava is NOT overly soaked in honey but actually crispy and delicious. A family recipe made with love

8) Our homemade Cream of Wild Mushroom soup

9) Number one customer service!!!
