So as y'all know, I may have… slightly overbought turkey.

And by slightly, I mean more than DOUBLE what I normally go through in a day. That one was 100% my fault, so I figured the only reasonable thing to do was give y’all some wicked deals and hope for the best.

For perspective, I normally do about 6 turkey breasts in a day, and that usually lasts me all day.

Today? 13 turkey breasts.

Y’all wiped them out in LESS THAN TWO HOURS. 🤯

You absolutely came out today and showed up for me when I needed you, and I genuinely cannot thank y’all enough. ❤️

This little BBQ business wouldn't be what it is without this community, and days like today are a pretty incredible reminder of that.

I messed up. I overbought turkey.

More than DOUBLE my normal amount.

So what does that mean for y'all? $20/lb brisket and burnt ends, and $15/lb turkey! And if you want a whole turkey breast, it's only $30! Each breast weighs 2–2.5 lbs. That's a LOT of turkey for your money!

Now come in close. Closer. I'm gonna whisper something.

BARBACOA TACOS ARE ONLY $2 ON SUNDAY.

I'm putting together a menu right now as I prep for Friday, so I'll talk about what I'll have, but I can promise you this: it'll be MEAT heavy!

And y'all, this is our LAST OPEN DAY OF THE MONTH! You heard that right. After Friday, we'll be closed until October 8th while I'm away for a couple of weeks at an event that requires me to be there.
