Thank you all for being so Great last weekend.
Blue Collar BBQ (Clint) had a wonderful time serving and meeting everyone. Clint and his family will be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday for the holiday weekend and there adding the pork and brisket Nacho this weekend.
Thank you for being so understanding last weekend with him trying to get everything going and figured out, it was a lot to take in

We sold the Ole Southern Smokehouse to
Clint (great guy).
He is naming it Blue Collar BBQ
He is going to be your new BBQ Guy.
We have been working hard these last couple of weeks try to get everything ready to fire up.
He is going to open Thursday,Friday, Saturday
11- Sold Out. He is going to try to ease into it. He will have a light meanu to start, Pork, Brisket, Baked beans, Potato salad, Cole slaw.
He will start adding more stuff pretty quick over the next couple of weeks. I have been showing him all my tricks and my recipes. I will be helping him for a couple of weeks to make sure he has got everything down
So come by and show him all the love and
support ya'll have shown me over the years.

PLEASE HELP ME keep an extra eye on my smoker at the smokehouse trailer. It looks like someone tried to steal the shelves out of it. A couple of them were unhooked and in the bottom of the smoker, and one of them was hanging by one side.
I would sure appreciate it.
I took it up there to try to help sell the business.
I talked to one of the police officers and they said they would be keeping an extra eye on it. Thank you for all your help!!
