Hey customers!
I wanted to take a moment to talk about an unfortunate situation that happened today. During today’s lunch rush, we experienced an unfortunate situation when one of our employees was injured. Since we only had two people working, I wasn’t able to handle everything on my own and had to temporarily stop taking orders. Shortly after that, we also sold out for the day.
I want to sincerely apologize to everyone we had to turn away. We know your time is valuable, and we hate disappointing our customers.
This is my first business, and situations like this are teaching us new lessons every day. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we continue to learn and grow.
As a thank-you, any customers we had to turn away today will receive a discount on their next visit.
