Some of the best things happen completely by accident… including one of our most loved drinks 🤎

Our Salted Brown Butter Oat Latte was created with absolutely no intention of becoming what it is today. Our owner was simply experimenting with recipes when he accidentally stumbled onto the beginnings of the SBBO Latte. After a few tweaks and taste tests with our head baker, they realized it had that rich, buttery flavor—just like a Werther’s candy. We ran it as a special, and it quickly became a customer favorite… so naturally, it earned a permanent spot on our menu!

Inspired by the latte, our bakers got to work and created the perfect pairing: the Salted Butterscotch Cookie. This 4 oz cookie is loaded with butterscotch, caramel, and macadamia nuts to bring out that same warm, nutty flavor in every bite.

Craving something sweet with a touch of salty? Stop in and treat yourself to both! And let us know what you think 💛

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, here are a few fun facts to get you in the spirit! 🍀

• The first St. Patrick’s Day parade actually took place in New York City, not Ireland.
• The original color associated with St. Patrick was blue, not green!
• The shamrock became a symbol of the holiday because St. Patrick supposedly used its three leaves to explain the Holy Trinity.
• Leprechauns come from Irish folklore and are said to guard their pots of gold at the end of rainbows. 🌈
