This heat is brutal 😫

Just a quick note from behind the scenes:

If your food takes a couple extra minutes this week, please be patient with us. Even with air conditioning, our kitchen gets incredibly hot (115-120 degrees by the grill and fryers) and anyone who has worked in a hot kitchen knows it is a different kind of heat.

We may have to shut off a piece of equipment here and there just to help keep the kitchen a little cooler for our crew.

I can promise you one thing though, nobody is standing around being lazy. We're working hard, sweating through shirts, drinking water, and doing everything we can to get your food out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

We're not looking for sympathy.. just a little patience this week.

As always, we appreciate every single one of you. Thanks for supporting Two Farmers and giving our crew a little grace while we battle the heat ❤️
