THE Pollo Saltado 😁😁

Came out looking a little too good here, so we wanted to make it look even nicer with a few add-ons! The cookie is a Peruvian treat called an Alfajor, it has powdered sugar and a generous dollop of dulce de leche! And of course accompanied by an Inca Kola, which to many people either tastes like a cream soda OR bubble gum?? If you’ve tried Inca Kola let us know what you think it tastes like!! (Genuinely very curious!)
