Good morning, folks! Well, we are only 24 hours away from the 2026 edition of the Blue Ridge Blues and BBQ Festival. We are super excited to be back and be a part of this wonderful event that does so much charitable work in our local community. Smoked N’ Loaded will be in spot #3 directly in front of the Fannin County Courthouse. We will have the meat machine packed with your favorites. AMERICAN WAGYU BRISKET from North Georgia Meat Company Inc. will be on our truck for the festival. There will be 15 BBQ trucks and numerous other vendors participating this year. The truck will be slap full of North Georgia's favorite brisket. As far as we know, we are the only BBQ joint in our area that encourages every new customer to sample all our meats! We also have never, and will never, use AI. No one wants to see fake AI food. We let the meat do the talking. 😊 Let's give away some free food. We apologize for our absence this holiday weekend, but we had the opportunity to travel to Morristown, Tennessee, to meet a really special guy in the Food Truck scene. Alex runs a huge food truck and catering operation in northern Tennessee. We have watched his Facebook videos from the terrible floods from the Hurricane that washed his entire farm/operation away to the complete rebuild of his home and business. Big Al's Bent Creek BBQ & Catering has given us the opportunity to expand our production and grow our business by blessing Smoked N Loaded with a new smoker, which will take us to the next level in this business. The kindness and generosity that Alex and the entire Big Al's crew showed us while visiting was first-class! If you are ever near the Knoxville area, you should definitely head straight over to Morristown and fill your face at Big Al's. Be sure to tell them Smoked N Loaded sent you! Smoked N’ Loaded will be slinging the meats tomorrow, Tuesday, September 1st, in the Walgreens parking lot at the 4-way in Blairsville, beginning at 12 p.m. until 2pm. Come early and come hungry! The first 25 customers will receive 1 FREE pork sandwich per order. We will be stocked up with North Georgia's favorite brisket!
