Dear patrons of Osaka Sushi and Hibachi,
There have been some confusion about the restaurant and I would like to create this post to address the frequently asked questions:

What happened to the Chinese food on the menu?
For those of you who don’t know, the restaurant is now a Japanese Restaurant since 2020. It was changed during the pandemic, so many didn’t get the news. We now mainly focus on sushi and hibachi with a tiny selection of Chinese food.

The website said there is hibachi but there wasn’t when we got there?
A common misconception is that hibachi refers to the show where the chef cooks in front of the customers. However, hibachi is actually a style of cooking. The hibachi in our restaurant refers to the cooking style, without the chef show.

I placed/booked an order, but it wasn’t when I got there?
Many customers confused the restaurant with other restaurants like Sake, and the other Osaka. This restaurant, Osaka Sushi and Hibachi, is an independent, family owned restaurant not affiliated with the other Japanese restaurants around. Please make sure you get the correct restaurant and address before booking/placing your order. You can Google us easily by searching our full name or just “Osaka Moraine”.

It has been hard due to the fact that we started business and the pandemic hit right after, so we are hoping this post will let more people to know about our restaurant and the changes that have been made since the it was a Chinese restaurant, or even older, a Pizza Hut.
