Pico Food Truck Pico is a food truck specializing in fresh, made-from-scratch tacos using homemade flour tortillas. We also cater special events.

Pico will be serving the public in Minnesota, primarily in Moorhead, Hawley, & the Detroit Lakes area. The menu consists of simple, fresh, intense flavors all wrapped up in a homemade flour tortilla.

With all of these unknowns about the cyclospora situation, we have made the tough decision to put Pico on pause for a moment. Being we use only fresh veggies we don’t want to give you anything but the best! We hope you understand and we’ll see you all when it’s safe to serve!
