Pico Food Truck

Pico Food Truck Pico is a food truck specializing in fresh, made-from-scratch tacos using homemade flour tortillas. We also cater special events.

Pico will be serving the public in Minnesota, primarily in Moorhead, Hawley, & the Detroit Lakes area. The menu consists of simple, fresh, intense flavors all wrapped up in a homemade flour tortilla.

🚨 ATTENTION! 🚨

We have had the BEST summer hanging out with our family. All this free time has been amazing! That being said, we have decided to officially retire Pico. 😢 We realized we will never get this time with our littles again. Family is too important! ❤️❤️

Now that doesn’t mean Pico has to go away forever! We are open to any and all negotiations if someone else wants to take over these 5-time-award-winning food trucks as well as the business! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

We are also open to anyone who is looking for a fully setup food truck (or 2!) licensed in both MN and ND.

🚨BIG NEWS!!🚨

Pico is officially taking a break this year! 🎉

With our two kiddos growing up so fast we want to enjoy our time with them while they’re still little!

We will miss all of you, but we will for sure be visiting the patio at Harold’s on Main while enjoying food from other trucks! 🍔🌭🌮🥙

We’re not sure what the future holds for Pico, but we aren’t done yet! Just pivoting and deciding what our next steps are! Stay tuned!
