How do we even say this? 🥹💙
After a lot of consideration, many long conversations, and plenty of reflection over the past few months, our family has made the incredibly difficult decision that this will be our final food truck season.
For some of you, this may come as a shock — and honestly, we’re still coming to terms with it ourselves.
In so many ways, it feels like we were just getting started. Our community has shown up for us time and time again. The lines are almost never short, and the endless compliments about our food have continued to amaze and humble us. You all have truly made this experience so special.
Over the past three years, we’ve shared so many beautiful memories on that truck. Serving our communities, meeting so many wonderful people, and having a whole lot of fun along the way has meant more to us than we could ever put into words. 💙
But as much as we have loved this journey, balancing life outside of the food truck industry has become increasingly difficult. After a lot of thought, we’ve decided that it’s time for our family to step away.
We’re so sorry to be closing this chapter, but please don’t fret! There are many awesome food trucks out there (and we’re sure there are more on the horizon), and who knows… maybe someday down the road, you’ll see us pop up again. 🥹
The good news is, you still have a little time to enjoy our food before we officially close our window!
