I really do adore this job. I love watching this little business grow, I love creating, dreaming up what’s next, and getting to know the people who have made Controlled Chaos what it is.

And I love my family and the life outside of the trailer more than anything.

But sometimes, holding all of those things at the same time is just… a lot. My brain has about 47 tabs open at any given moment, and I know sometimes a text gets answered late, an email takes me a minute, or I forget something I swore I wouldn’t.

So if you’ve given me a little extra patience or grace lately, thank you. Truly. I wouldn’t trade this season of growth for anything ... I’m just still learning how to carry all of it at once. 🧑🏼‍🩰

Fall menu is in full swing AND the canned lattes are fully stocked at both Shop N Save locations all week for your Controlled Chaos fix in between.

Largest restock EVER just hit Shop-N-Save!!

I genuinely still have moments where I walk in and see a whole cooler full of Controlled Chaos cans and think… how is this real life?

We went BIG on this one. All the flavors you guys have been loving, stocked up and ready to grab whenever the coffee craving hits ... seven days a week.

And the timing couldn’t be better because the trailer is closed to the public until Thursday! So if you need your Controlled Chaos fix before then, both Shop N Save locations are stocked and ready for you.

Honestly, being able to take a few days off without you guys having to go completely without coffee is pretty dang cool !

Go empty those coolers so I can do it all over again 😂 #

This one means a whole lot to us.

Our cans are officially stocked at both Shop N Save locations in Mooresville now, including the big main store on Mecklenburg Hwy — which means you can officially pick up Controlled Chaos 7 days a week.

I don’t know that I’ll ever get used to seeing something we made sitting on the shelf of a local store. Especially stores we’ve known and shopped at ourselves. It’s one of those little moments that makes you stop and take it in.

What I love most about this is that Controlled Chaos gets to fit into everyday life a little easier now.

Running errands, grabbing groceries, heading home from work — and still keeping that same thing we built this trailer around from day one: coffee and community. Slowing down, getting to know the people around you, and feeling a little more connected to the town you’re in.

There’s something really full-circle about launching this one.

We’re coming up on ONE YEAR of Controlled Chaos, and that alone makes this menu feel a little extra special. Fall was the very first seasonal menu we ever created, back when we were still figuring out what this business was going to look like, what you guys would love, and honestly… what we were doing half the time. 😂

Coming back to fall this year feels completely different. It feels like growth. Like we’ve really grown into this little business we dreamed up and found what makes Controlled Chaos feel like us. Fresh, homemade flavors, fun drinks, and a menu we’re genuinely so proud to serve.

And it helps that fall is easily one of our favorite seasons to create for.

So here she is — our second fall menu and somehow one of the most special ones yet.

Fall is officially here at Controlled Chaos !!

The fall menu launches TOMORROW, we’re kicking off our first week at Iredell Memorial Hospital, and by the weekend the fall events start making their way onto the schedule. This is one of those weeks that really feels like the season is changing and I am SO ready for it.

We’re also restocking Shop n Save tomorrow with a fresh batch of cans + a special new flavor just for them 👀 And if you want cans straight from the truck, preorders are open for pickup Wednesday and Thursday.

Very excited for this week. Fall menu, new spots, fall events… it’s finally starting to feel like my favorite time of year. 🤎🍂

We came in THIRD for Best Coffee Shop in Iredell County our very first year open and I genuinely don’t even know how to explain how proud that makes me.

I know some people would look at third place and wish it was first, but I just don’t feel that way. We haven’t even been open a year. Less than a year ago, this was just something we were hoping people would show up for… and now we have regulars who are genuinely part of our lives, people who know our schedule better than we do some weeks, people who bring their friends, check in on us, celebrate with us and have turned this little coffee truck into a real community.

That means more to me than any award ever could.

I’m just really, really proud of what we’ve built and so beyond grateful to every single person who has been part of it. Third place in year one feels pretty freaking special. 🤍
