I really was not planning on changing up drink of the week because the Raspberry Riptide has been SO popular lately — and don’t worry, she’s still here!
But anyone who knows me knows I’m a huge hockey fan, and seeing the Canes win the Stanley Cup for the first time in so long was just too cool not to celebrate! So we had to make a championship drink.

Coming off a fun weekend and heading into a FULL week with you guys !!

We’ve got a special Monday stop this week and we’re so excited to finally be serving at Iredell Davis Behavioral Health Hospital from 7a-11a! It’s always exciting getting to bring Controlled Chaos somewhere new, and we can’t wait to see you guys there.

And because you guys loved her so much, the Raspberry Riptide is sticking around for one more week 🥥

We’ll also be stocked up with fresh baked goodies from Sugar Kissed Sweets xoxo moving forward, and this week we’ll have a small special selection of coffee cakes from Crumb & Culture too!!

Last Friday at Josh's Farmers Market before they make the move to their new gorgeous location!
This market has been such a fun stop for us these last few weeks and we’d love to see all the new faces and friends we've met along the way. We’ll be out there Friday with all the summer drinks, lemonades, dirty sodas, coffee, and probably a little bit of chaos per usual!

When we started Controlled Chaos Coffee, making the Top 5 for Best of Iredell in our very first year of business wasn’t even something I could have imagined.

Every single vote, share, comment, recommendation, visit to the truck, and cup of coffee has helped get us here. To everyone who took the time to vote in the first round—thank you. Truly.

Voting for the final round opens June 10, and whether we win or not, getting this far already feels like something worth celebrating.

Coconut water Americanos just feel like summer to me

Lighter, refreshing, still gives you your coffee fix, and somehow makes sitting in 90 degree North Carolina heat feel a little less offensive. There’s just something about this one that feels like slow summer mornings, lake days, and driving with the windows down.

Coming off vacation and jumping right back into a full week with you guys!!

We’re back on the road Wednesday through Sunday with some of our regular spots and a fun new one!

Sunday is the big one: we’ll be at Crazy Cool Collectibles Yard Sale Day from 10-5, and we’re teaming up with Crumb & Culture to offer 15% off when you bring a donation from the Hope House necessities list. The flyer will be attached with everything they’re needing, and we’d love to help show up for them in a big way.

Still thinking about this weekend at the Lake Norman Humane Community Day !!

It was such an incredible day getting to celebrate and support everything Lake Norman Humane does for animals in our community. Seeing so many people come out for such an amazing cause was so special to be part of.

And somehow… you guys sold us out. Completely. Which still feels unreal because that’s only happened to us a couple of times.

We’re so grateful we got to spend the day alongside so many amazing local businesses like Four99, OnTap, and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice while being part of something that does so much good for the community.

Already counting down until we’re back in November!!
