The bags are back, the coffee is fresh, and we’re ready for a great weekend! ☕️⛰️

It’s another busy one for Black Diamond Coffee Roasters. Our coffee cart will be at the KPAC Open House this Saturday, serving up handcrafted drinks, and we’re also making a trip north to New Hampshire.

From roasting fresh coffee to getting out on the road and meeting new people, there are a lot of great things happening at Black Diamond Coffee Roasters — and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

We’re excited to team up with KPAC Gymnastics this Saturday for their final Open House of August!

Stop by from 10 AM–1 PM and tour the KPAC facility while enjoying a drink from Black Diamond Coffee Roasters.

We’ll be serving up our handcrafted coffee drinks, along with our Dragon Fruit Refresher and Chai for those looking for something a little different.

Come meet the KPAC coaches and staff, check out the facility, grab a drink, and spend part of your Saturday with us.

Happy Monday! ☕️

It’s a busy start to the week at Black Diamond Coffee Roasters as we work through multiple roasts today and prepare for our event coming up this weekend.

And while the roaster is running, we’ve got plenty of new things brewing for September — including what we hope will be the launch of our YouTube channel.

One topic we really want to dive into is something that doesn’t always get enough attention when making great coffee: water.

💧 What type of water are you using to make your coffee?

At every event, we don’t just bring freshly roasted coffee — we make our own water, too. The mineral content and quality of your water can make a huge difference in what ultimately ends up in your cup.

Coffee is more than just the beans.

🍂 Something new is brewing for fall at Black Diamond Coffee Roasters…

We’ve officially started working on our first-ever fall menu, and this cold drink is still in the trial phase. 👀☕️ There’s plenty of testing, tasting, and tweaking happening before we reveal what made the final cut.

This fall feels especially meaningful for BDCR. In September, we’ll celebrate 2 years of Black Diamond Coffee Roasters—while also reflecting on two years since Hurricane Helene forever changed Western North Carolina.

A lot has happened in two years, and we’re excited about what’s ahead.

Our Black Diamond Coffee Roasters coffee cart may be known for our handcrafted coffee drinks, but coffee isn’t all we serve. Our Dragon Fruit Refresher is a cool, refreshing option that’s perfect for warm days just like today.

Sometimes it’s good to step away from the social posts, slow things down, and simply enjoy the community around us. ☕️🏔️

We’ve taken the past week off from posting, and today was a great day to spend some quality time in Banner Elk while supporting our local friends at Be Scooped. 🍦

Every trip to the High Country reminds us why this area continues to be such an important part of the Black Diamond Coffee Roasters journey. The local businesses, the people, and that small-town mountain feel are exactly what make this community special.

We look forward to the day Black Diamond Coffee Roasters can officially call the High Country home. Until then, we’ll keep building, roasting, supporting local, and enjoying the journey along the way.
