I went to Restaurant Depot the other day. I saw this Asian guy with a cart full of breaded and cooked chicken. He must of had 40 cases. I asked him why he had so many. He said it was for his General Tso’s chicken. So, am I dumb to buy fresh chicken breasts, trim the fat off, cut it up, and marinade it. Then, I make a sauce from scratch to go with it. I am even dumber that I buy fresh produce to go with these meals. I make my own egg rolls and Rangoons in house, shredding and cooking a hundred pounds of cabbage is laborious but I love it.

I may not attract the most customers in this town nor am I am the go to Chinese restaurant but I know I have the freshest and real food. I can sleep at night that I give this business all of me. I truly appreciate all of my customers…THANK YOU!!!

Today is the day…the restaurant reopens! Our hours will be Monday through Friday 4-8pm. Don’t think I’m slacking, I’m short-handed so I have to use the lunch hours to prep.

Thank you everyone for all the love, supoort, and understanding! It’s been a heck of a week…from the gut-wrenching diagnosis to multiple night stay at the hospital, and to the insertion of the port. Treasure those moments with your loved ones. If you have seen me in the wild and I looked pretty disheveled, just avert your eyes.

The restaurant is closed and I’m not sure when I’ll open again. Family right now is my number one priority. Prayers please!

The restaurant was open today (Thursday) but life happens. I am in the emergency room with my dad so I don’t know when I will be back to open today.

We are closed today (Wednesday) due to some unexpected repairs. The repairs took longer than I thought they would so I can’t reopen until tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience!

This week on Friday the 17th and Saturday the 18th, we will be closed. My niece is getting married and it’s out-of-state. Can you believe I’m old enough to have a niece that’s getting married??!!
